Our full fleet and rates. Three classes — Kei car, compact and minivan — all with 4WD and winter tyres included as standard. Enjoy 40% off during the green season, plus a student rate on Kei cars.
🌿 Green Season Campaign — 40% off all vehicle classes
From April to November, all vehicle classes — Kei car, compact and minivan — are available at 40% off.
⚠️ Excluded periods:
- Golden Week (late April – early May)
- Silver Week (the September holiday cluster)
- Obon and the summer holiday period (around mid-August)
- Other extended holidays and three-day weekends
Standard rates apply during excluded periods. Select your dates in the booking form and the applicable rate will be shown automatically.
🎓 Student Rate — Kei cars only, flat rate
Show your student ID and rent a Kei car at the following flat rates.

These are flat rates, so the 3-day and 7-day long-stay discounts do not apply.
Cannot be combined with the green season discount, coupons or any other offer.
During green season excluded periods (Golden Week, Obon, Silver Week etc.), the standard season rate of ¥8,800 applies.
Kei (Mini) Car
Engine under 660cc. Models such as the N-BOX, Spacia and Tanto. Comfortable for two adults plus two children. Ideal for day trips around Matsumoto Castle, Azumino and Shiojiri, and easy to handle on narrow streets and in small car parks.

Compact Car
Around 1,350cc. Nimble and fuel-efficient, well suited to sightseeing and city driving. Seats five, making it a good fit for family trips. Comfortable on longer drives to Kamikochi (Sawando), Utsukushigahara and Norikura, with ample power for expressway cruising.

Minivan
Seats seven to eight. Models such as the Voxy, Noah and Serena. Ideal for families, group travel, skiing and hiking trips with plenty of luggage. The spacious interior and large boot easily accommodate skis and outdoor gear — a good choice for the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route.

Notes on pricing
- All rates include consumption tax and basic insurance coverage.
- Standard rates apply from December to March.
- Green season rates (April–November) are 40% off the base 24-hour rate and are fixed regardless of rental length.
- Golden Week, Silver Week, Obon/summer holidays and other extended holidays and three-day weekends are excluded from green season rates; standard rates apply.
- The student rate (Kei cars only) is a flat rate and cannot be combined with long-stay discounts, other offers or coupons. Available to students enrolled in Japan.

Insurance
Insurance and coverage
Basic liability insurance for personal injury and property damage is included in the rental fee. However, vehicle repair costs and the Non-Operation Charge (NOC) are not covered by the basic plan.

⚠️ Take extra care in mountain areas during winter. Snow, icy road surfaces and narrow mountain roads make minor collisions more likely. We recommend Option C (vehicle damage + NOC waiver) for peace of mind.
⚠️ Passing through ETC gates without an ETC card is prohibited.
If you drive through an ETC lane without a valid card inserted, we will charge a penalty of twice the applicable expressway toll. If you do not have an ETC card, please always use a general (cash) lane.
Fuel
Full-tank return policy
Please return the vehicle with a full tank of petrol. If the tank is not full, fuel costs will be calculated and charged according to our standard formula. Returns later than the scheduled time incur extension charges.
