From Booking to Return
1. Book Online
Choose your preferred dates and vehicle type through the reservation form. Available 24/7. Our staff will check availability and send you a confirmation email within 12 hours.
2. Pay Online
Pay by credit card via the link in your confirmation email. Once payment is complete, your reservation is confirmed and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
3. Pick Up at the Shop
Come to our shop (4710 Shimauchi, Matsumoto City) at your reserved time. After we verify your driving license, we’ll check the vehicle’s condition together and hand over the keys. This takes about 15 minutes.
4. Enjoy the Drive
Enjoy the stunning scenery of Shinshu. In case of any trouble, our 24-hour emergency line is always available.
5. Return with a Full Tank
Fill up at the nearest gas station before returning the car to the shop. We’ll check the vehicle’s condition and you’re done. Bringing the fuel receipt helps speed things up.
What to Bring on the Day

Pickup & Return
- Business hours: 8:00–18:00
- Shuttle to Matsumoto Station: advance notice required
- Early morning / evening handover: please inquire
- Return with a full tank of gas
- Late return incurs an extension fee

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I rent without a reservation?
No. All rentals require an advance reservation. We do not accept walk-ins.
What is the minimum age to rent?
Anyone aged 18 or older with a valid driving license can rent from us.
Can I rent with an International Driving Permit?
Yes. Drivers holding an International Driving Permit issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention can rent. Please also present your passport.
Do you offer a shuttle to Matsumoto Station?
Yes. We offer a shuttle service to Matsumoto Station. Please request it when booking (free of charge).
Are winter (studless) tires included in winter?
Yes. From December to March, all vehicles come with studless tires as standard. There is no additional charge.
Is an ETC card included?
An ETC device is available as an option (¥330/day). Please bring your own ETC card.
