How to Book
Reservation Process
Submit the Form
Fill in your preferred dates, vehicle type, and personal details in the reservation form below. We accept bookings 24 hours a day.
Confirmation Email
Our staff will check availability and contact you by email within 12 hours. We’ll send you the pricing details and a payment link.
Online Payment
Pay by credit card via the link in the email. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is complete.
Pick Up Your Car
Come to our shop at 4710 Shimauchi, Matsumoto City. We also offer shuttle service from Matsumoto Station (please let us know in advance).
What You’ll Need
- A valid driving license (Japanese license or International Driving Permit)
- Credit card (VISA / Mastercard / JCB / AMEX)
- Must be 18 years or older
- For IDPs: must be issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention
Cancellation Policy
- 7 days or more before pick-up: Free cancellation
- 3–6 days before: 30% of rental fee
- Day before or same day: 100% of rental fee
- No-show: 100% of rental fee
