How to Book
Reservation Process
Submit the Form (Provisional Booking)
Fill in your preferred dates, vehicle class and personal details in the form below. We accept bookings 24 hours a day.
Bookings are accepted from 12 hours ahead up to 1 year in advance.
Confirmation Email
We check availability and email you the pricing details together with a payment link.
Online Payment (Booking Confirmed)
Pay by credit card via the link in the email. Your booking is confirmed once payment is complete.
Provisional bookings are cancelled automatically after 48 hours. If you book within 48 hours of pick-up, payment must be completed within 10 minutes.
Pick Up Your Car
Come to the branch you selected and present your original driving licence. Free shuttle service from Matsumoto Station and Matsumoto Airport is available on request.
What You’ll Need
- Your original driving licence (Japanese licence or International Driving Permit)
- Credit card (VISA / Mastercard / JCB / AMEX) — cash is not accepted
- For IDPs: must be issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention
- Advance booking only — walk-ins are not accepted
- Booking window: from 12 hours ahead up to 1 year in advance

| Within 48 hours of pick-up | 50% |

All rentals require an advance reservation — walk-ins are not accepted. Payment is by credit card only (cash is not accepted) and must be completed before the rental begins.
Your booking is provisional until payment is completed. It will be cancelled automatically if payment is not made within 48 hours.
For bookings made within 48 hours of pick-up, the hold time is only 10 minutes.
