Reservations (Advance Booking Only)<\/h3>\n      <p>We operate on an <strong>advance booking only<\/strong> basis. Walk-in rentals are not accepted. Please book online before visiting.<\/p>\n      <ul>\n        <li><strong>Booking window:<\/strong> from 12 hours ahead up to 1 year in advance<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Payment:<\/strong> prepayment required (<strong>credit card only \u2014 cash is not accepted<\/strong>)<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Accepted cards:<\/strong> VISA \/ Mastercard \/ JCB \/ American Express<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n      <div class=\"mrc-lg-callout\">\n        <p><strong>Provisional booking hold time<\/strong><\/p>\n        <p>After submitting the booking form, your reservation is <strong>provisional<\/strong> until payment is completed. Provisional bookings are <strong>automatically cancelled after 48 hours<\/strong>, so please complete payment within that window.<\/p>\n        <p>However, if you book <strong>within 48 hours of your pick-up time<\/strong>, the hold time is only <strong>10 minutes<\/strong>. If payment is not completed within 10 minutes, your booking will be cancelled automatically.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <h3>2. Driving Licence &amp; Eligibility<\/h3>\n      <p>Anyone holding a driving licence valid in Japan may rent from us, with no age limit. Ordinary wear-related dirt is not charged.<\/small><\/p>\n\n      <h3>4. ETC Usage<\/h3>\n      <div class=\"mrc-lg-callout is-alert\">\n        <p><strong>\u26a0\ufe0f Passing through an ETC gate without an ETC card inserted is strictly prohibited.<\/strong><\/p>\n        <p>Driving through an ETC lane without a valid ETC card inserted constitutes unauthorised passage and is a violation of Japanese road legislation. If this occurs, we will charge a penalty of <strong>twice the applicable expressway toll<\/strong>, in addition to any amount billed by the road operator and an administrative handling fee.<\/p>\n        <p>If you do not have an ETC card, please always use a general (cash) lane and pay by cash or credit card.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <h3>5. Rules of Use<\/h3>\n      <ul>\n        <li><strong>Fuel:<\/strong> the vehicle is provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Parking violations:<\/strong> \u00a525,000 will be charged if fines remain unpaid.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>No smoking \/ no pets:<\/strong> all vehicles are non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Violations incur the cleaning NOC (up to \u00a520,000).<\/li>\n        <li><strong>ETC:<\/strong> passing ETC gates without a card inserted is prohibited (see section 4).<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <h3>6. Return &amp; Extension<\/h3>\n      <p>Late returns incur extension charges. Cancellation of a booking is handled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy set out above.<\/td><\/tr>\n          <tr><th>Cancellation and refunds<\/th><td>The following cancellation fees apply after a booking is confirmed.<br>\u00b7 1 month or more before pick-up: free<br>\u00b7 1 month to 1 week before: 20% of the base fee<br>\u00b7 1 week to 48 hours before: 30% of the base fee<br>\u00b7 Within 48 hours of pick-up: 50% of the base fee<br>\u00b7 No-show: 100% of the base fee<br><small>Deadlines are calculated from the pick-up date and time. Refunds of the remaining amount are processed through the online payment system, typically within about 10 business days.<\/small><\/td><\/tr>\n          <tr><th>Conditions of use<\/th><td>A valid driving licence (Japanese licence or an International Driving Permit issued under the Geneva Convention) is required. <strong>Advance booking is mandatory<\/strong> and walk-in rentals are not accepted.
